He was member of the delegation to Kutná Hora (Eastern Bohemia) in 1480 where he was captured upon the King 's order and imprisoned at Křivoklát Castle ; then expelled. Nevertheless after 3 years when community revolved he became a town councilor. In 1440 the house was bought by Nicholas Sokol from Lamberk on Řečice who during the reign of King VáclavIV. was the field captain of Prague citizens and became angry when they let the King fall in captivity even if they might have set him free with all honors

He remained enemy of King Zikmund and defended himself against him at Znojmo. After the death of Jan Žižka Mikuláš (Nicholas) Sokol from Lamberk was the Commander of the Army under the Supreme Command of Zikmund Korybutovič against King Zikmund

In 1431 he organized a crusade to Austria but was defeated there. In spite of that he remained in the front line of lords in both kinds when negotiating and battling. Later on the house was bought by rich Zikmund Holec from Květenice from the sons of Henry (Jindřich) Donát from Těchlovice. Then it was owned by Yeoman Jan Žehušický from Nestajov and Žleby Castle, after 1519 by Elisabeth (Alžběta) from Barchov, wife of Diviš from Nestajov.
